Sei Tai So - Part 1 Lower Back

Date: To be advised
Lance Dixon

The name Sei Tai So translates as “Correct Body Movement”.  It is a series of passive techniques performed generally as part of a Shiatsu treatment.  The techniques incorporate meridian stretches, yoga style stretches, gentle osteopathic techniques as well as joint mobilisation and nerve mobilisation.  The intent of all of these specific movements is to allow for the free movement of Ki throughout the body.

This workshop is the first in a three part program and will provide attendees with a range of movement techniques to enable the free passage of Ki through the lower back and sacral regions.  It will provide a variety of different movements that are suited to practitioners of varying capabilities and address muscle, joint, disc and nerve problems.
